Budu Secrets Exposed

Budu is a traditional food of Kelantan and Terengganu, Malaysia which is made from anchovies or pickled shrimp. It originates from the east coast of Malaysia and for a time became the study of nutrition experts from Japan, United States, Australia, New Zealand and Germany

It was discovered that Budu contains Gluthaione as antioxidant, it produced toxic waste thus increases immunity (immune) that can fight against deadly diseases and prevent cancer. This statement surprised those who considered Budu to be "ancient" food and should be forgotten. Even I admit myself not a big fan of Budu. I dislike the taste.

Budu have potential to fight free radicals and is believed to prevent aging and prevent degenerative diseases such as Atherosclerosis, Coronary Heart Disease, Diabetes, Cancer at an earlier stage. A thorough study also found that Budu contains antibacterial substances cause Diarrhea, Reduction of blood cholesterol, Anti-heart disease and Hypertension.

Budu has nutrients that are more easily digested, absorbed and utilized by the body than other types of proteins. It have been proven to overcome the problem of children who suffer from Chronic Diarrhea due to lack substance in the body. By taking Budu as a side dish, it can promote the growth of body weight for people who suffer from Chronic Diarrhea and cure it in time.

Budu can also improve the IQ of those who eat it because it stimulates the brain cells and will strengthen the bond between the neurons. Consuming Budu hinders the growth of bacteria and Stokiosa Raffinosa, the main cause of symptoms and problems of bloating for children and adults. Two groups of vitamins in Budu are water-soluble vitamins (vitamin B complex) and fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E and K). Budu is the source of most B vitamins, such as contributing to the breakdown of vitamin B1 (thiamin), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Acid, Pantothenic acid, Niacin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 (sianokobalamin).

Scientifically, Budu is a major contributor of vitamin B12 produced by bacteria Klebsiella Pneumoniae and Citrobacter Frundiin. Please note that vitamin B12 is not owned by any source of seafood, fish and other meats. Vitamin B12 is necessary for the formation of red blood cells. Lacking this vitamin causes the occurrence of anemia (anemia), abdominal pain and weight loss. The rates of vitamin B12 in Budu is between 1.5 to 6.3 micrograms per 100 grams for each meal or 2 tbsp. This is far more than sufficient for the human body in a day. With the diet of vitamin B12 (body guard) you no longer need to feel concerned about the lack of vitamin B12 in the body.

Researches done at the University of North Carolina, United States found that the elements Genestein and Phytoestrogen found in Budu can prevent cancer, aging and breast cancer. A random test conducted, found that the intake of 150 grams of Budu a day for two weeks can lower cholesterol to a level beyond expectations

Hows that for an 'ancient' food? Now I know why our ancestors have stronger bodies and higher IQ. I may dislike the taste but hey, 2 tablespoons a day won't kill me. How about you?
